Second generation of preheating introduces even more possibilities to optimize joint temperature during the process. Temperature compensation around the entire circumference of the joint before start of welding process guarantees highest welding quality.
Dynamic 2-phase welding process
Unique solution based on two welding phases guarantees optimal delivery of energy to the joint in the shortest possible time. Reaching required welding temperature as soon as possible and maintaining the temperature during the stabilization phase quarantees deeper weld and higher joint quality.
GPS system
Optional GPS receiver enables precise recording
of the location of the weld. The KmT Odczyt software enables printing and report with a map of performed welds.

Welding algorithms
The ability to program welding algorithms ensures that the right energy is supplied to the welding point in any weather conditions. Programming the algorithm in a barcode allows to adjust the weld characteristics to untypical environmental conditions.

New type of display allows to access much more data during welding process.
Dual temperature measurement
New temperature measurement solution enables independent temperature measurement of the heating element in the open joint, as well as the temperature of the joint.
Both parameters are recorded and can be included in weld protocols.
