KmT - Thermo-shaping stations for T- connection’s branches – SPT series

Description

Machines for welding preinsulated pipes are designed for prefabrication of polyethylene protective pipes in production of steel transfer pipes with a protective screen and polyurethane heat isolation used in pre-isolated pipes systems for heat engineering.

KmT SPT- type station is designed for thermo-shaping of tee pipe branches - (protective pipes in preisolated pipe systems for heat engineering).
Basic equipment of the station includes:

  • Assembly support equipped in a thermo-shaping head, that has a branch neck creating mechanism.
  • An arm with a milling cutter preparing the branch front.
  • A set of pipe retaining clips (needed for thermo-shaping process).
  • A set of hot-forming inserts.
  • A set of stabilizing inserts.


    • Exchangeable equipment of the station enables you to quickly adjust it for your needs. This enables forming of a branch and protective pipe neck in a broad range of diameters with the use of one assembly support.
