KmT  - Machines for T- connections – TR series

Description

Machines for welding preinsulated pipes are designed for prefabrication of polyethylene protective pipes in production of steel transfer pipes with a protective screen and polyurethane heat isolation used in pre-isolated pipes systems for heat engineering.

KmT TR series workshop machines enable prefabrication of tee pipes (according to PN-EN 253:2005 norm)
Basic equipment of two-function machine includes:

  • Assembling support equipped with a set of two pipe retaining clips for transfer pipe plus an extra retaining clip for a branch pipe
  • A set of reduction inserts
  • Miller
  • A set of split heating panels equipped with a pneumatic lock
