KmT - Butt fusion machines

Description  

KmT butt fusion machines are destined for fusing polyolefin plastic pipes (PE, PP and PVDF). They are available in manual and automatic version which is equipped with a microchip control system that provides:

  • automation of the fusion process according to pipe parameters,
  • correction of the process settings, depending on the weather conditions,
  • constant control and correction of a temperature of a heating panel,
  • memory for fusion parameters and a possibility of a report printout,
  • limitation on operator activities during the measurement of motion resistance and a creation of a bead (version with an electronic ruller),
  • multilingual software.
  • communication with a computer via RS232 port.
